About Dr. Beth
Hello! I’m a physical therapist and sports performance specialist bridging the gap between traditional rehab and performance training by helping clients, both in person and virtually, return to the gym and the activities they love after injury.
I combine my years of coaching experience, along with my knowledge of proper movement and strength programming, to train CrossFit and weightlifting athletes of all levels. I also enjoy teaching the basics to those new to fitness and strength training.
I want you to feel comfortable and confident lifting weights in the gym or at home. Communication and education are a key part of the rehab and training process. I will help guide you and provide the tools you need to take control of your body and your fitness!
