Physical Therapy

Welcome to a different rehab experience where Physical Therapy meets fitness and performance. Whether you are working through an injury, interested in preventative care, or looking to improve your recovery, you will work one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy to develop a plan to meet your goals. Sessions can be done in person if you are in the Seattle area, or online.

Your rehab journey begins with a detailed assessment to find the root cause of your pain or injury. We will work together to develop a comprehensive treatment plan to help decrease your symptoms, improve your mobility, increase strength, and empower you to take control of your body and your life.

Treatment plans are based on current research methods, our training and coaching experience, and our extensive knowledge in fitness and movement, especially when it comes to training through injuries. We know how it feels to be told to stop doing what you love. We will never tell you to stop exercising and will always give you other options to stay active.

Strength & performance coaching

Are you ready to take your fitness to the next level? Work with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer to develop a plan to meet your goals. Sessions can be done in person if you are in the Seattle area, or online.

We offer strength and performance coaching to all training levels from absolute beginners, to those needing general health and wellness, injury prevention, or to sport-specific athletes like crossfitters and weightlifters looking to improve performance.

Your fitness journey with us begins with a detailed assessment to discuss your goals, review any limitations you may have, and perform a thorough movement assessment. We will work together to develop a comprehensive plan to help dial in your health and fitness, improve your mobility, increase your strength, and become a more resilient human.

Because of our extensive knowledge of injuries and over 10 years of coaching experience, we are excellent at working around any previous injury limitations you may have.

Recovery

These 30-minute stand-alone sessions focus on recovery and maintenance using myofascial decompression or cupping therapy, dry needling (coming soon) and soft tissue mobilizations. We may also discuss other aspects of your recovery including sleep, nutrition, hydration, and mobility routines.

These sessions are not intended to diagnose or treat new injuries.
