Online Strength & Performance coaching
Take your fitness to the next level with sessions dedicated to improving your strength and performance. Work one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer to develop a plan to meet your goals. Sessions can be done in person or online.
We offer strength and performance coaching to all training levels from absolute beginners, to those needing general health and wellness, injury prevention, or to sport-specific athletes like crossfitters and weightlifters looking to improve performance.
Your fitness journey with us begins with a detailed assessment to discuss your goals, review any limitations you may have, and perform a thorough movement assessment. We will work together to develop a comprehensive plan to help dial in your health and fitness, improve your mobility, increase your strength, and become a more resilient human.
Because of our extensive knowledge of injuries and over 10 years of coaching experience, we are excellent at working around any previous injury limitations you may have.
Sessions may include:
corrective exercise
mobility work
strength and conditioning
CrossFit style workouts
These sessions work well as stand-alone sessions, regular weekly sessions, or combined with custom fitness programming depending on your needs.
