Rebuild your body & train with confidence again!
Are you dealing with pain, coming back from an injury, or tired of setbacks every time you try to train?
You don’t need to rest or take it easy.
You need a smarter plan and the right level of coaching to execute it.
What is Rebuild?
Rebuild is a unique blend of customized rehab, strength & conditioning, and performance training performed in a small group setting.
This program is designed to help you safely transition from traditional physical therapy to higher-level fitness, sports performance, CrossFit, or simply living a life without limitations.
We want to help you move better, get stronger, build resilience, and gain confidence so you can get back to the activities and lifestyle that you love.
You’ll follow a personalized program, designed specifically for your body, your goals, and your training history - while getting hands-on guidance and coaching in a supportive, motivating environment that comes when training alongside others.
A Better Way to Stay Consistent
More coaching access. Less scheduling friction.
Rebuild is built around coached training hours. This gives you more flexibility to train when it fits your schedule, without losing the structure and support you need.
Instead of being locked into a single class time or working out solo, you’ll have multiple opportunities each week to come in, get coached, and stay consistent.
This means:
You don’t miss sessions if life happens
You have more chances each week to workout
You still get expert coaching every time you walk in
Who is REBUILD for?
This Program is for you if…
You are tired of skipping the gym due to aches and pains, nagging injuries, or constant setbacks.
You’ve completed standard physical therapy and are ready to safely push towards higher-level movements and performance.
You want to find a way to work through your injuries, not just around them.
You’re ready for more than just pain relief - you want to build strength, make lasting improvements to your mobility, and regain your confidence.
You want the accountability and support of a group class while still getting individualized coaching and guidance.
If this sounds like you, we are here to help!
Why We Created This PrograM
Having gone through our own rehab journeys with low back injuries and knee surgery, we know what it’s like to have to take a break from the gym and the activities we love.
It’s easy to skip the gym if you are in pain or have an injury. It’s not always fun working out solo, especially if you are dealing with an injury.
The problem is, pain and injuries often don’t get better with rest. We’ve seen many athletes return to the gym, and their pain comes back. This created a vicious cycle that makes it difficult to make progress.
Building a stronger and more resilient body takes time and consistency, and often takes a more personalized approach to fitness.
Many fitness programs can help you work around your injuries, but we will help you work through them so that you actually get better.
We created The Rebuild Program to offer you a personalized rehab and workout plan, while also enjoying the benefits of a group class environment.
Let us take the guesswork out of your training.

What happens during a rebuild session?
When you come in during coached hours, you’ll follow your individualized program. A BRIX coach will be there to guide you through your session.
Your workout will take about an hour, but this is based on your needs and goals.
You will follow your personalized warm-up, strength, and conditioning prescription alongside others.
We’ll make real-time adjustments based on how you are moving and feeling.
Every workout prioritizes proper form and technique to ensure safety and a gradual progression over time.
This is not “open gym”. This is structured, coached training, built for you.
Custom Warm-Up
You will have a custom warm-up designed to increase your heart rate and prepare your body for the day’s workout. This may include specific mobility work, rehab/prehab exercises, and corrective exercises.
~ 15 minutes
Strength/Skill
We will incorporate a variety of exercises that differ each class, but include weight training and bodyweight exercises for the upper and lower body. During this portion of class, you may also work on other skills, like gymnastics, plyometrics, and agility. We will make modifications for all lifting abilities and use this time to dial in proper form and technique.
~ 20 minutes
Metcon
We usually include a conditioning piece, or “Metcon”. Here, the goal is to get a bit sweaty and elevate your heart rate to improve heart function and lung capacity. We will incorporate a variety of modalities, like rowing machines, exercise bikes, boxes, kettlebells, and dumbbells, in addition to many others. You get to sweat with your peers, but with your own personal modifications as needed.
