Online Coaching
Welcome to a different online experience where rehab meets fitness and performance!
Whether you are working through an injury, interested in preventative care, looking to start your fitness journey, or ready to take your fitness to the next level, you will work one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer to develop a plan to meet your goals.
We will perform a thorough assessment via a secure video call from which we will give you expert advice and discuss all our online options to help decrease your symptoms, improve your mobility, increase strength, and empower you to take control of your body and your life.
Online options include:
one-on-one video coaching sessions
personalized rehab, fitness, and performance programming
do-it-yourself mobility and training programs
Video appointments cut out travel and wait times and can be done from your home, office, or garage gym.

Custom fitness programming
Remote personalized fitness programming and coaching designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer. Programming is customized based on your goals, past and current injuries, training age, location, schedule, and equipment available. You will receive your programming through an app along with exercise videos, notes, and comments from your coach.
Programming includes:
Initial video consultation and assessment
Weekly custom programming
Weekly remote coaching feedback and check-ins
Monthly call with your coach
Fitness programming with us is the equivalent of working with us in person – but from wherever you are and at a fraction of the cost. This can be combined with in-person or virtual coaching sessions if you need more hands-on, immediate feedback. Because of our extensive knowledge of injuries and over 10 years of coaching experience, we are excellent at working around any previous injury limitations you may have.
We will work together to develop a comprehensive program to help dial in your health and fitness, improve your mobility, increase your strength, and take your performance to the next level.
Online training programs
Do-it-yourself programs for those with specific goals that require less guidance. We have used our knowledge and experience from over 10 years of working in rehab, strength and conditioning, and CrossFit settings to create these programs using exercises that we regularly prescribe during patient care.
