Whether you are working through an injury, looking to increase your strength, fitness, and performance, interested in preventative care, or needing to improve your recovery, you will work one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy to develop a plan to meet your goals. Sessions can be done in person or online.
Your rehab journey begins with an initial assessment to find the root cause of your pain or injury. We will work together to develop a comprehensive treatment plan to decrease your symptoms, improve your mobility, and dial in your movement patterns. Sessions may include:
manual therapy treatments
neuromuscular re-education
corrective exercise
strength and conditioning
home exercise program
Treatment plans are based on objective testing and current research methods, our training and coaching experience, and our extensive knowledge in fitness and movement, especially when it comes to training through injuries. We know how it feels to be told to stop doing what you love. We will never tell you to stop exercising. There are so many options available to keep you active and strong. Let us help guide you!

“Working with Beth has been the best thing that’s happened to my fitness goals. I started working with Beth in Spring 2021. I was worried to start working out again because I hadn’t done anything for a year, so I didn’t even know where to start. Beth ramped me up perfectly to suit my needs, and I was immediately impressed with her vast knowledge and attention to technique. She took into consideration my goals, and now I am now PRing in my strength training. I highly recommend working with Beth if given the opportunity.” - KATHRYNE
