Hi! I am a Seattle-based Doctor of Physical Therapy and CrossFit Level 3 coach with over 12 years of experience coaching and treating all types of athletes.
Whether you are an experienced CrossFit athlete, weightlifter, functional fitness athlete, or just starting your fitness journey, I am here to help you move better, get stronger, and be more resilient.
I started this practice to help those with current injuries and/or a history of injuries stay in the gym and stay active without injuring you further.
If you are stuck transitioning from traditional physical therapy to returning to the gym, I will help you bridge that gap. After having an ACL repair and a low back disc injury, I was told to stop CrossFit and to stop lifting weights - I can tell you that’s never the answer.
