Custom fitness and rehab programming based on your goals
We will tailor your workouts to meet your specific rehab and performance goals keeping your current fitness level, training age, present or past injuries, location, schedule, and equipment in mind. Whether you are in pain, working through an injury, pregnant or postpartum, or looking to increase strength and performance, you deserve to have a fitness plan designed with you in mind.

How does this all work?
Schedule an initial assessment
Once you are ready to start your fitness journey with us, book an in-person or virtual initial assessment for custom fitness programming.
After booking, you will be sent a link to paperwork to fill out before our session.
Virtual sessions will take place through a video app which will be emailed to you. In-person sessions will take place at Twenty Pound Hammer in Seattle, WA

Get Assessed
This is what sets us apart. We aren’t just creating the same basic program for our clients. We will have up to an hour-long, one-on-one session together to discuss your goals, training history, and medical history, including past and current injuries and limitations, and then perform a movement assessment. I’ll get to see how you move, plus look more in-depth at any mobility deficits or muscle imbalances you may have.
A thorough assessment will give us all the information we need to create the best program specifically for you.
Pricing for the initial assessment includes your first month of custom programming.
Get your program
Your programming will be delivered via the Bridge Athletics app within a week of your initial assessment.
You’ll receive an email invitation to Bridge to set up your account including a tutorial on how to use the app.
Once you’ve accepted your invitation, your programming will be delivered to you along with a video overview of your first week.
The type of workouts, number of workouts per week, workout length and volume, and equipment required will all be customized to YOU.

Start your workouts and start feeling better.
For each training session, you will fill out a performance log rating your sleep, nutrition, soreness, and stress.
During each training session, you will record your weights, reps, RPE (rate of perceived exertion), and any other metrics listed in the app. You can also add comments and upload videos so that I can review your form.
Get feedback
Each week you will receive comments from me with feedback on your form and performance plus answer any questions that come up.
Please allow up to 48 hours for feedback
Weekly check-ins
At the end of each week, you’ll fill out a check-in form regarding your recovery, nutrition, sleep, and progress towards your goals. This allows me to make any changes to your program for the next week.
Monthly video chats
You’ll have the option to schedule a video or phone call with me once a month to discuss your programming in more detail and address any concerns that you have. These calls are fun because I get to see your face live!

New Client - Custom fitness Programming
New to working with us? You’ll need an initial assessment before we can begin programming for you. Your initial assessment can be done online or in person.
Price: $299/month with a 3-month commitment
This is the online equivalent of working with us in person for a month but at a much cheaper rate. The first month includes your initial assessment ($225 value) and your first month of programming. After that, you will have a monthly check-in video or phone call along with your programming progressions. (Valued at over $1100!)
All programming clients are eligible for discounts on one-on-one sessions online or in person.

Online training programs
If you don’t need a custom program, our online training programs are a great option. They come at a lower price but still allow you to benefit from working with us.
Do-it-yourself programs for those with specific goals that require less guidance. We have used our knowledge and experience from over 10 years of working in rehab, strength and conditioning, and CrossFit settings to create these programs using exercises that we regularly prescribe during patient care. Programs are delivered via PDF.
