Welcome!

Welcome and thank you for visiting!

I am passionate about helping people like you move better, get stronger and be more resilient. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and CrossFit Level 2 Coach and over the past 10+ years I have noticed a gap between traditional physical therapy and fitness. All too often, I see people “finished” with rehab but not quite yet back to the activities they want to be able to do. This isn’t anyone’s fault. It’s just, unfortunately, how the healthcare system is set up. Over the years I have seen the benefits lifting weights has had, not only on myself, but people of all ages and fitness levels. The problem is most people don’t feel comfortable starting to strength train or returning to weightlifting and CrossFit after an injury. That’s where I come in!

Whether you are a beginner or seasoned weightlifter, we can all improve our performance in life by moving better and increasing strength.

Look to this blog for all things mobility, strength and CrossFit and please contact me if you need a little more help getting back to the things you love. - Coach Beth
